Print Monthly: To check our distribution figures, you can log-on to our Royal Mail online portal to see our latest delivery dockets using the process below.
This will provide you with confirmation on how many copies of the magazine have been mailed out for a particular month.
Checking figures
Step 1
Visit https://www.oba.royalmail.com/continuity/logon.jsp and log in using these details:
Username: linkpub01@gmail.com
Password: Password1
Step 2
Click on the 'Detailed' tab option.
Step 3
Choose the 'Sales Order by Reference' option.
Step 4
Choose the [ ] symbol and select your date range, then click the 'Execute' button.
Step 5
You will then be taken to the results page. These figures show the amount of magazines distributed in the month you specified on the previous page.

Mac/PC format, plus images & fonts
Adobe Illustrator
Mac/PC format, images embedded & fonts as outlines
Adobe Photoshop
Mac/PC format image files in .tif, .eps or .jpg (max. quality) format, CMYK mode and 300dpi at correct adveret dimensions
Acrobat PDF
All PDF's must be high resolution (2,400dpi), low compression, maximum quality, composite CMYK. All fonts must be embedded and all images must be CMYK at 300dpi before producing PDF artwork. Compatibility: Acrobat 4.0 (PDF 1.3), Postscript level 2.
