The new range of steel plates vary in size and can be made to order

For over 60 years, C&T Channel Matrix has been offering creasing matrix and ejection rubber solutions to the print and packaging markets.

Over this time, the firm has grown to offer a range of steel cutting plates, stripping pins, pin holders, clamps and frames.

With manufacturing facilities in both the UK and China, the firm’s products reach over 70 countries worldwide.

Having recognised an increase in the number of customers asking for bespoke specifications of its steel cutting plates, C & T Channel Matrix has extended its range of stock and customised plates.

The manufacturer’s portfolio now includes 1mm steel cutting plates suitable for a number of machines such as Bobst, Heidelberg, Sanwa, Iberica and Asahi.

We have extended our range of premium plates to ensure we meet the individual needs of clients and their machines

To cater for its customers varying needs, C & T Channel Matrix also added three different plates made by PERIVO. The plates are three different strengths – soft 20 Rockwell, medium 35 Rockwell and hard 50 HRC Rockwell.

Commenting on the new additions, Simon Shenton, managing director of C&T Channel Matrix, says: “We have extended our range of premium plates to ensure we meet the individual needs of clients and their machines.

“We have also seen an increase in the number of bespoke specifications. The steel cutting plates, in tandem with our PERIVO components such as stripping pins, frames etc, are all of exceptional quality and reflects our commitment to provide our customers with high class products all backed up by a solid supply line and competitive pricing.”
