Tomato Cloud was already running four Jet Press 750S presses at its facility, but the addition of a further 10 machines within the next year means the company will become the single biggest Jet Press user in the world by the end of 2022, with 14 of the presses set to be running at its facility.
Fujifilm and Tomato Cloud marked the deal with a special signing ceremony at China Print 2021 in June.

“Since our founding in 2013, Tomato cloud Technology has launched five smart factories by incorporating modern printing styles and advanced printing technologies,” Cloud Tomato chief executive S.T. Lam said.
“We are the only company in China that owns four Jet Press 750S presses, and by adding another 10 units we are further enhancing our digital printing domain. This allows us to embody the philosophy of 'Smart Print', by providing more high quality, high-value-added products to our domestic and overseas customers.”

Yuji Oki, division president of the graphic systems division of Fujifilm China, adds: “Tomato Cloud Technology is a leading company in its field and we believe our advanced technologies and products help to drive the development of its business.

“Considering their philosophy of focusing on automated production systems and technological innovation, this Jet Press 750S deal further enhances the partnership between the two companies.”
