The new Durst will run alongside another nearby production unit as part of an ongoing progressive expansion strategy with Aurora expecting turnover to grow by another 20% this year alone.
Speaking about the machine, Aurora’s managing director Mike Stearn says that the Durst device will complement the company’s existing equipment and allow it to take on more work.

“I envisage the introduction of the Rho 512R will lead to significant more work in the exhibition arena and outdoor graphics, plus will give us the capabilities for longer runs for quality, higher-end contracts, as well as more backlits,” Stearn  says.

“And, of course, we’ll be able to turn round jobs far more quickly now, thanks to the fantastic productivity, as well as offer more services to clients.”
