Bobst commits to customers with new hire

Substrate processing, printing and converting solutions provider Bobst has appointed Helen Reaney-Jerome as its new head of customer care for the UK and Ireland.

Helen Reaney-Jerome previously worked for advanced technology company Meggit

Reaney-Jerome will assume responsibility for leading a strategic review of customer care operations and processes, while she will also liaise with customers on a daily basis and oversee the day-to-day running of the customer care team.
 
She replaces Alan Letford, the former head of customer care, who retired earlier this year. 

“After a very short time, I already feel like part of the Bobst team,” Reaney-Jerome says, adding: “I’m looking forward to getting to know our customers, understanding their challenges better and ensuring the customer experience is always at the forefront of everything we do at Bobst.”

Neil Jones, managing director of Bobst UK and Ireland, adds: “We are delighted to welcome Helen to our team. Helen’s experience in customer service is invaluable as we continue to support existing customers and make inroads into the label and flexible packaging markets in the UK. 

“We’re looking forward to seeing Helen making her mark on the business and supporting colleagues deliver a superb standard of care.”
