EFI beefs up leadership team
EFI has appointed Steve Green and Sam Gulve to its senior management team

EFI has been expanding into new business areas in recent years
Green joins as vice-president of sales in the Asia Pacific region following a 25-year career across various roles in the printing industry most recently as Kodak's managing director for the same region.
Sam Gulve, who has held senior roles at the likes of AT&T Bell Labs, Netscape and Amdocs, becomes vice president of engineering at the technology firm's Indian Development Centre.
Chief executive officer Guy Gecht says the appointments will “accelerate our innovation and better serve our customers.”
EFI has also announced it will be showing an upgrade to its Jetrion range at Label Expo which begins in Brussels today.
The 4950LX LED printer offers higher resolutions, faster throughput and full LED curing to the range according to the digital print manufacturer.
It will also show new finishing modules for the Jetrion 4900 product line including a varnish/lamination module and a high-powered laser cutter.
