A printer’s part in Richard III reburial

With the remarkable discovery of the remains of Richard III in a Leicester car park in 2012, culminating in a lavish reburial ceremony in March this year, printing firm Taylor Bloxham Group has played a part in the royal affair by supplying the Order of Service for all three services free of charge.

Paper merchant Fedrigoni provided the paper at a reduced cost, and both theirs and Taylor Bloxham Group’s logo featured on the Order of Service. On top of this, Taylor Bloxham employee Barrie Johnson, a former member of the Territorial Army and member of the Royal Army Medical Corps, served as an Honour Guard to the King.

This is a truly historic time for Leicestershire and we are excited to be part of it

April Moss, Taylor Bloxham Group executive chairman, says: "I am very proud and honoured that Taylor Bloxham Group are able to support The Richard III Appeal and the interment of the King. This is a truly historic time for Leicestershire and we are excited to be part of it.

“It is great that local businesses and communities have come together to help Leicester stage this world class event."
