Image Data Group has invested in a Duplo 600i booklet maker with a DBM-600T fore-edge trimmer, combined with the DSF-6000 digital sheet feeder. This combination of new technology enables Image Data to complete high volume, high quality jobs quickly.

The 600i can produce a variety of formats from pre-collated digital media including A4 landscape format. This product has been installed at the Brighton site and complements the Xerox iGen digital printers.

Jason Vivian, operations director, says: “This is a substantial investment for the group, the Duplo 600i is an intelligent fully automated stitching, folding and trimming device. We expect high productivity with its speed, simple operation and quick job set up times ensuring the group remains competitive in the marketplace.”
