Race to the finish for Xpress On Demand

Xpress On Demand is hoping to build on its appearance at The Print Show last year by showcasing its expanded portfolio of solutions to visitors.

The Bristol-based company has been open in its praise of the event, stating that it not only allowed it to meet new customers, but also enabled visitors to see what the firm actually has on offer in terms of technology.

Richard Bridle, managing director of DTP Associates, which owns the Xpress On Demand brand, comments: “Last year, we raised our profile significantly; the customers we are selling to now remember us from the show.

“People got to see our products that may not necessarily have come to Bristol to see us. Lots of people already know about us, but it’s seeing the products and seeing us face-to-face that really makes the difference.”

Our customers want to find a product that fits in the same market as our print machine

Bridle predicts that this interest is only likely to grow this year as the company is planning to show off its extended product portfolio, which now includes a full finishing package, complete with a folder, bookletmaker, laminator, guillotine, and software.

“Our customers want to find a product that fits in the same market as our print machines,” he says, adding: “If you can find a reliable product that will work with out printing machines, that is what they want from us.

“We look around and find the best value-for-money machines so we can match a whole package up, as well as the software to complement these packages.”
