The company will showcase its 52DI Eco-UV four-colour high speed digital offset waterless press, highlighting to visitors the machine’s new integrated low energy eco-UV curing system it says has the ability to deliver instantly dried traditional and non-absorptive substrates.

The 52DI landscape model prints up to 10,000 sheets per hour, accommodates sheet sizes up to 520 x 375mm, and is available with optional inline aqueous coating or integrated ECO-UV system.

With ECO-UV overall job production is faster and a printer can expand their print portfolio from just traditional paper and board to include vinyl and plastics as well

“With ECO-UV overall job production is faster and a printer can expand their print portfolio from just traditional paper and board to include vinyl and plastics as well,” Presstek says.

The manufacturer will also demonstrate its new DI AutoColor, a closed-loop colour control system for DI presses, which it says is designed to provide highly consistent color, reduce makeready times and help minimise ink and substrate waste even further.

In addition, visitors will be able to find out more about the firm’s range of eco-friendly plates, which are suitable for commercial, newspaper, and narrow web label printers.
