Duplo’s new DC-618 Slitter Cutter Creaser can process up to six slits, 30 cuts and 20 creases all in one pass

Joining the manufacturer’s DC Slitter Cutter Creaser range, the DC-618 replaces the DC-616 Slitter Cutter Creaser and comes with a higher specification and more power than its predecessor.

With the ability to process up to six slits, 30 cuts and 20 creases all in one pass, Duplo says the DC-618 has been designed to reduce both the setup of multiple jobs and to automate the finishing processes.

Features include automatic barcode and registration mark scanner and the ability to store 50 programmable jobs the DC-618, as well as the ability to finish sheets from 110-400gsm.

“The DC-618 delivers full-bleed applications up to 23 sheets per minute without the white boarders and toner cracking for a clean finish and can produce an array of on-demand applications with ease, including 21-up business cards, gate-fold invitations, direct mailers, brochure, book covers and much more,” Duplo says.

“Unlike the DC-616 the new machine has interchangeable modules which expands the full range possible applications, with optional modules to perforate and score inline and across the sheet, this small finishing machine is packed full of market leading features.

“The DC-618 is the perfect light multi-finisher to bring all your complex finishing in-house.”
