The company specialises in the supply of both new and pre-owned finishing kit, stocking technology from the likes of Duplo, Renz, Polar and Gemini.

During the September show, The Finishing Point sold a number of Gemini 490 guillotine devices and signed off on various deals for the exclusive LamiCorp Revo range of auto laminators.

Visual Print & Design was one of the print companies to invest in the Gemini 490. The Lincoln-based business had been seeking a replacement for an older device that offered a greater selection of features.

We had a very busy three days and a lot of interest in equipment both during and after the show, with follow-up calls and demos

Graham Hunstone, managing director of Visual Print & Design, comments: “We found the Gemini 490 to be an exceptional machine with a small footprint machine and attractive price, with an extended warranty that is not found on similar models.”

Such was the success of The Finishing Point’s appearance at The Print Show this year that sales director Christopher O’Brien is already looking at plans to return in 2019.

O’Brien says: “We had a very busy three days and a lot of interest in equipment both during and after the show, with follow-up calls and demos. We will certainly be considering returning next year.”
