The Renz International Seminar offered attendees an insight into the latest developments at the finishing specialist

The finishing specialist used the gathering to update the market on some of its latest developments, as well as the company’s vision for the future.

Raphael Barth and Michael Schubert, managing directors of Renz, outlined the company’s aim to enhance its position in the wider graphics industry among the increasing number of digital and online printers.

Other key highlights from the event included guided tours of the Renz facility in Heubach, where visitors were given an insight into the largest production site for wire comb binding in the world.

Visitors were also given the opportunity to inspect and operate Renz’s semi and fully automatic machine solutions, as well as quiz experienced technicians and mechanics about the advantages of this kit.

The Renz Germany team was joined by staff from the firm’s divisions in the UK, Australia, Turkey and Argentina. Iain Bullock, Dermot Callaghan and Paul Simpson were in attendance from the UK to present a brief history of its growing and successful relationship with Argos, a manufacturer of cold UV coating machines.

While two special gala evenings gave delegates the chance to relax and network with other attendees, Renz opted to conclude the event with a pledge to deliver a fresh marketing approach and focus on strategic developments including diversification into packaging and high-security products.
