The NS Multi has been designed for direct printing to porous based substrates, boasting a top speed of 300m/s, a maximum print width of 1,600mm and a top resolution of 1600 x 1600dpi.

Launched last year, the NS Multi high-speed printer also incorporates super-fast Memjet printheads for additional efficiency in production.

Stewart Bell, vice-president sales for the UK, Ireland and North America at New Solution, comments: “The demand for personalisation, versioning, branding and short run printed packaging is rapidly increasing and therefore the ability to print directly onto boxes is becoming more important.

“Packaging and box suppliers are also having to offer extra services to keep up with growing global competition and so by offering short run digitally printed packaging they can address this new market with the NS Multi.

As Diecut UK is well established in this marketplace, we felt the fit was right and are delighted to welcome them on board at such an exciting time in our industry

“As Diecut UK is well established in this marketplace, we felt the fit was right and are delighted to welcome them on board at such an exciting time in our industry.”

Steve Waterhouse, managing director for Diecut Global, adds: “Digital printing is changing the way our industry works - and it's changing quickly. By using the NS Multi to complement their existing machines, our customers can offer digital services alongside their more traditional print methods.

“To be appointed at this stage by New Solution for their NS Multi is a testament to our standing in the market and we're excited about showing our customers this new digital printer.”
