Acquisition strengthens office services portfolio

ASL Group has successfully completed the acquisition of digital printing equipment firm, Smart Print Technology.

Based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, Smart Print has been operating since 2003. With over 15-years’ experience, the acquisition will allow ASL to strengthen its portfolio of managed-office services.

Founded in 1991, ASL is described as one of the largest independent managed office services suppliers in the UK.
