Refresh sees firm integrate the new with the old

A 35-year-old print company is embarking on a total brand refresh in a move it hopes will be “reassuring to existing clients and attractive to new ones.”

imageData Group hopes its brand refresh will bring a vibrant look and feel to the company ahead of anticipated business growth

imageData Group has been providing print solutions to the retail, corporate, trade and public sectors since 1983. The firm provides a single source for litho, digital and screen printing, combined with IT solutions, dedicated account management, design, reprographics, finishing, packing, distribution, stock warehousing and graphics fitting services.

imageData’s core values have remained unchanged since the beginning of business and it is these values that are at the centre of its operations. The values – which aim to ensure the company is customer focused, service driven, innovative, collaborative, flexible, enterprising, and accountable – will remain constant in a time of change.

In preparation for growth, imageData Group has been going through a transition that it hopes will be meaningful to its client base. The company is using its brand refresh as an opportunity to integrate the new and the old in a fresh way.

“We are anticipating business growth over the coming years, so it’s a good time to reassess our brand and be sure that it has what it takes to carry imageData Group forward,” the firm explains.

The first week of May will see the company launch a brand-new website along with a complete brand refresh. The idea behind the update is that imageData Group’s image will be freshened up, but its core values will remain the same.

The integrity of the existing logo will remain, whilst moderations that are “noticeable, but not too drastic” will be made in order to swap the existing “corporate” identity with a new bright and engaging feel to appeal to a wider audience.

The new website will showcase a vibrant look and feel and is hoped to position imageData Group as a market leader in innovative data-driven print and visual communications.

Describing the upcoming changes, the company says in a statement: “Our objective is to be the brand of choice in our industry. When browsing the website or reading the new supporting collateral, we want to ensure when people think of imageData Group, they know they are dealing with experts that have 35 years’ experience.

“The imageData Group brand must evolve to stay as a market leader and embody current trends. A brand refresh will reflect a fresh, current and up-to-date image of imageData Group.”
