It's all in the label

Today’s blog is in light of a recent press conference I attended at the Epson UK headquarters in Hemel Hempstead. The company was excited to launch an innovative device that will help it stake its claim in the label sector.

The ColorWorks C7500 compact colour label printer has been developed with Epson’s most advanced printhead and claims to last a lifetime.

Perfect for short-run colour printing, the printer is ideal for making personalised, high quality labels—a requirement that Phil McMullin, sales manager of professional graphics at Epson UK, tells me is a key factor influencing the technology.

Epson is committed to entering these niche markets and with solutions such as the C7500, their vision for ‘everything to be printed by Epson’ may not be far off.
